Mike's interview didn't go as planned. They actually didn't need anyone on the operations side, just the sales side. He'll keep trying. Just hope he doesn't get discouraged.

More goofball investigations this week. I really wish managers would manage their departments and not throw their hands up until it reaches a situation where an employee goes well above their heads. It's almost like it is easier for the managers to direct them to call a hotline, then to actually manage the problem. Arghs x10. Well, Blogger has an outage in t-minus 2 minutes.
